Located along Seattle busy 45th Street, the new Washington employees credit union building uses a blend of mutual materials coal creek and clinker brick for the field and forest blend for the window accents. this project had some challenging logistics and J & S Designed and installed a Cantilevered Fraco support system to span above an existing office building on the south elevation in order to install 9000 ground face CMU.
