Located near the Mercer Exit in Seattle this new apartment building utilizes 2 different blends of Mutual Materials brick to highlight the upper and lower building elevations. J&S Masonry also provided and installed Fero Fast Bracket supports for the brick veneer ledger system. Overall J&S installed 151,000 econ sized brick, and 5000 lf of structural angles.
