Legacy Emanuel West is located in the Eliot neighborhood of Portland. A 289,000-square-foot, six-story surgery and ICU expansion tower with a unique feature of bonded post-tensioned concrete was added to the previous structure in 2020. J&S installed the 35,000 brick featured on the outside of the semi-subterranean parking area, as well as the 2,500 CMU block used throughout the structure.
