Glencoe High School was built in Hillsboro, Oregon in 1980. In 2019 the front of the school received what they describe as a “facelift” in which the entrance building had the previous veneer replaced with new, lovely, brick masonry. This includes nearly 35,000 brick and 8,000 CMU blocks. The use of lighter brick on this building contributes to the welcoming yet still dramatic appearance of this entrance.
