937 Condominiums

This condo tower in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District combines modern design with old school simplicity. This 16 floor, 114 residence building was, at the time of its completion, one of only three high-rise condominiums in the country that were LEED platinum certified. In addition to installing the stack bond brick on the exterior of the building, J&S also installed large amounts of CMU in the parking garage, and set the large precast panels on the exterior of the building’s ground floor that form the storefront frames for the retail space.
