“Located in Seattle, Brick is the main architectural feature of the building exterior.
The 500 Yale Building uses light and dark brick to contrast the upper and lower levels of the building. Columns and a corbeled brick pattern are used to accent the lower levels of the building. The upper floors use two different textures of brick, and recessed coursing to highlight the façade.
J&S Installed 15,000 SF of Exterior brick veneer, and 13,000 SF of Structural Block on this project.”
