Ryan Baker

Ryan has been with J&S Masonry since 1997, joining the team immediately after graduating from the University of Washington, where he majored in Construction Management. Alongside J&S’s exciting growth, his role in the company has grown too. From managing projects and the Estimating Department to ensuring smooth transitions between estimation, construction, and close-out phases, he has worn many hats over the years.

Ryan’s detail-orientated approach and strong work ethic enable each project cycle to flow smoothly. As the Principle Estimator for J&S, he has bid and overseen over 1,000 projects in more than 20 years. Guiding an impressive number of successful and high-stakes projects to completion, he is known in the region as a go-to contact for project budgeting, pricing, value engineering, and design insight. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places through travel, and being outside enjoying all types of outdoor activities.
