Mirabella at South Waterfront

This 30-story building is the one of the most striking skyscrapers on Portland’s south waterfront. 50,000 square feet of masonry adorns the exterior of this building, consisting of Calcium Silica Masonry Units. J&S-owned scaffold clad the exterior during construction, rising Fraco towers over 300 feet in the air. The CSMU were attached using the Gridworx system of track in a mortar-free system. Working closely with Hoffman Construction to meet a tight schedule, J&S also laid about 10,000 CMU in the parking garage underneath the building during the construction process.
