Kaye apts, was one of the most challenging projects for logistical access. J&S designed and installed Fraco scaffold over existing buildings on 2 sides of the building using cantilever beams to extend over the top of the buildings below, and installed scaffold around busy and active buildings streets and alleyways.
The project had a large scope of varying types of masonry. CMU, Brick, Cast Stone, Glass brick.
The main 4th Ave facade consists of Glazed brick, Cast Stone sills and column bases, GRFC panels, and Glass Brick. all supplied and installed by J&S Masonry. The interior lobby has a protruding brick dentil detail that really ties the room together.
