Stadium Innovation Center

Located on 1531 Utah Ave, Seattle, WA, the project features 4x4x8 size brick supplied by Mutual Materials in 3 different colors on the majority of the exterior façade. Arched windows with precast banding and headers are the main architectural design feature of the project. The project also features colored CMU block on the exterior and interior of the building.
