Completed in 2018, this 14-story occupies the southwest corner of the intersection of NW 11th & Hoyt in Portland. J&S laid 152,000 brick and 14,500 block while working for Howard S. Wright. J&S also provided the scaffolding for the exterior of the building – working above adjacent buildings on two elevations was a particular challenge.
