Block 17 by Alta

At the north end of the Pearl District, a 16-story glass tower and a 5-story brick low-rise make up Block 17.  Finished in 2016, J&S laid 58,000 brick and 12,000 block – mostly on the low rise – to help Andersen finish the project.  J&S also helped lay the stone water feature between the two components.
